WITH the original college timeframe beginning as early as September 2 for some college students, retailers across Trinidad are bustling with activity.

Households are out in fat power, eagerly ticking off the final few items on their merit-to-college browsing lists. From involving backpacks to essential stationery, the aisles are packed and infected adolescents prepare for the upcoming tutorial year.
