3 officers cleared of theft ticket

THREE officers were cleared of a 17-yr-outdated theft ticket in opposition to them.

Cpl Bobby Noyan and PCs Vijay Balkissoon and Marlon Thomas were discharged by performing Chief Magistrate Christine Charles on the cost that alleged they robbed a Couva man of $300 on November 23, 2006.
