BROADCASTER Hans Des Vignes acknowledged on January 20 he felt rather humbled to be a nominee for the PNM to tackle in mind to was the following MP for Diego Martin West, a seat held by the High Minister, who has indicated he’ll soon be bowing out of electoral politics.
